Beekeeping rules in Türkiye
You don't need to file periodic reports yourself; instead, the İl/İlçe Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü randomly inspects at least 10% of the province's bee enterprises for notifiable bee diseases at least twice a year, in spring and autumn, so your apiary could be visited at any time, and the "Arı İşletmeleri Faaliyet Raporu" due 20 July and 20 January is the directorate's own report to the Ministry about those inspections, not something you submit.
Every year, if you're registered in AKS you must apply once during the production season between May and October to your İl/İlçe Müdürlüğü to have your colonies and empty hives counted (koloni tespiti) at the apiary registered in AKS or named in your AKB, and declare your bee-product production, since this count is the basis for your beekeeping support payments.
