ARIA (ariabuzz.com) is a software service operated by Yekta Sevim as a sole proprietor; "we" in these terms means him. Contact: hello@ariabuzz.com

By using ARIA you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

ARIA helps you keep your beekeeping records (apiaries, hives, inspections, harvests and medicine), read the nectar flow map and get AI-assisted suggestions.

ARIA is not a veterinary service. Disease and treatment suggestions are general information; for diagnosis and treatment consult a veterinarian or your local beekeeping association.

When you seal a honey batch its records are locked, its QR page is public and its fingerprint is written into Bitcoin. This cannot be undone: you can withdraw the batch and its page will show it as withdrawn, but the seal and the timestamp are not erased.

The cooperative tools (deliveries, weighing and receipts, lots and certificates, internal inspection reports) are free during the pilot. A cooperative's admin is responsible for what they record about members (kilos weighed, refusals, inspection reports). If a cooperative is closed, its admin can still read the old records but cannot record anything new.

ARIA does not verify lab reports attached to a batch or lot; the page says so. Organic beekeeping notes remind you of the rules and are not a certification or an inspection; the certifier decides.

A spray notice is a message from a farmer to beekeepers; ARIA does not take on the farmer's legal duty.

Fire alerts are information from NASA satellite data: they can be hours late, miss a fire, or show heat that is not a fire. They are not an emergency warning; ARIA is not liable for a fire not shown or shown late.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secret.

If you give a delegate access, you, as the account owner, are responsible for what they do.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, handles tax and invoices, and provides customer service for orders and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to a purchase.

A Pro subscription renews automatically for the period you chose (month or year) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead. Subscribers from the beta keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy: within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

AI features such as voice inspections, photo comments, the advisor and the plant reading use credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

To bound the total cost there may be one daily ceiling shared by all accounts; when it is reached these features pause until the next day. The map and your records are not affected.

You may not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to disrupt the system, or to fill traceability records (honey batches, the medicine record) in a misleading way.

We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are correct. The final responsibility for your hive management decisions is yours.

The nectar flow map, the migration report card, flying hours, apiary siting notes and the hornet map are estimates from public records and weather forecasts, not a substitute for seeing the place.

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

You can delete your account permanently at any time via Profile → Delete Account; download a copy first with Profile → Download my data.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
